this is the only place in the world you will find Aldabra fruit bat (Pteopus seychellensis aldabrensis)... We caught this juvenile as part of a genetics study, and released it. CUUUTTE!!!!!
I’m volunteering on Aldabra Atoll, Seychelles, doing mainly biological monitoring on everything from butterflyfish to birds… Its one of the most remote places in the world, and a natural wonder. There is life EVERYWHERE! And the diving is something else… It is, without hyperbole, one of the most spectacular places on the planet. I love it!
